You copied the stage.I build the backstage.

Your community grew. Your backend didn't. I step in, revamp the systems, member communication and operations behind your program, and set it up so it runs calmly, without anyone chasing anyone.

The audience sees the stage. The results come from the backstage.

The problem

Your launch looks great. Your backstage is on fire.

From the outside, it's a growing community. From the inside, it usually looks like this:

A tired person juggling tangled cables, screenshots and spreadsheets backstage.
Fig. 02 · The backstage most communities run on
  1. 01

Payments come in, and someone checks screenshots one by one. "Pay karo, screenshot bhejo, wait karo."

  2. 02

New members wait hours for the group link. Their excitement drops before day 1.

  3. 03

Ex-members are still in the paid group. Refunds get handled in DMs.

  4. 04

Members go quiet for weeks. You find out when they don't renew.

  5. 05

The same message goes to everyone, because nobody knows who is where.

  6. 06

The tool bills keep growing, and half the tools don't talk to each other.

  7. 07

Everything lives in one person's head. If they leave, it all stops.

You're not short of content or effort. You're short of a backstage. And every month it stays this way, members who paid don't get the result.

What I take over

I take over the backstage. Calmly, end to end.

A person pinning a route map with leak points marked.

Strategy

We map your member journey, find where members and money leak, and decide what to fix first.

Clean pipes connecting boxes with one yellow flow running through.

Systems

Payment to access, member records, tracking and renewals, built and connected on the tools you already use.

Message bubbles flowing along a timeline to different people.

Communication

The right message at every stage: welcome, reminders, milestones, renewal nudges, win-backs. Planned and automated, in your voice.

A checklist, an alert bell and a weekly calendar, neatly arranged.

Operations

SOPs, alerts and a weekly rhythm your team can run, so nothing depends on one person.

The backstage, mapped

Every member's journey, running on its own.

    Pay

    Payment is confirmed instantly.

  2. 02 · Under 5 min

    Access

Group, community or course access is sent. No screenshots.

    Welcome

They're told the one thing to do first.

  4. 04 · 24h + 1h

    Show up

Reminders before every live session, attendance tracked.

  5. 05 · Weekly

    Hit milestones

Progress they can see, built on real attendance and results.

  6. 06 · -7 days

    Renew

Renewals, failed payments and refunds handled on time.

I build this on the tools you already use. No new platform to learn.

Scope

What I set up for you

  • 01

Payment to access in 5 minutes

No screenshots, nobody adding people by hand.

  • 02

    Every member tracked

New, Active, Quiet, Never logged in. Your team sees it the same day.

  • 03

    Milestones members can see

Progress built on real attendance and results, not likes.

  • 04

    Communication that runs itself

Welcome, reminders, milestones, renewals and win-backs, sent at the right moment to the right members.

  • 05

    SOPs your team can run

Written handbooks, so the system doesn't live in one person's head.

BeforeAfter
Before: tangled wires and members waiting at a closed door. After: neat wiring and the door opening automatically.

Under the hood

Not just no-code. I go as deep as the problem needs.

Most freelancers stop where the tool stops. When a platform can't do something, I build it.

Origin

Why the backstage?

I've spent 5+ years building systems where things can't break. First offline learning systems for remote villages in Odisha, with no reliable power or internet. Then 3.5 years inside one of India's biggest coaching companies as the operations strategist, from low-ticket programs to high-ticket mentorship, and since then the backend of a 10,000+ member program.

I saw the same thing everywhere. Coaches start out to change people's lives, and the admin slowly eats that time. Members who paid don't get the result, because they got lost backstage.

When the backstage works, the coach gets to coach.

Process

How it works

  1. A magnifying glass over a leaking pipe.

    Step 01

    Diagnose

We go through your backstage together and find where members and money leak.

  2. A blueprint with a journey path drawn on it.

    Step 02

    Design

I map the member journey and the communication each stage needs, and agree what to fix first.

  3. Two hands connecting two cable ends with a small spark.

    Step 03

    Build

I set it up on the tools you already use. No migration unless it clearly pays off.

  4. A person handing a binder to a small team.

    Step 04

    Run and hand over

Alerts, SOPs and a recorded walkthrough for your team, and I stay reachable.

Your team keeps the human voice: coaching, posts and conversations stay yours.

FAQ

Questions

Can you fix a messy setup someone else built?

Yes, that's most of my work. I start by mapping what exists, keep what works and rebuild what doesn't.

Do I need to change my platform?

No. I work on what you already use, and only suggest a change if it clearly saves you money or trouble.

Do you write my posts or run my community?

No. I plan and automate the communication behind your program. Your team keeps the voice in posts, coaching and conversations.

Do you work with coaches outside India?

Yes. Same systems, different tools: Stripe, Skool, Circle and Kajabi as well as Razorpay and WhatsApp.

I have under 50 members. Is this for me?

Probably not yet. At that size, focus on getting members. Grab the checklist and come back when the chasing starts.

What niches do you work with?

Any niche. Fitness, career, money, wellness, business, skills. The backstage problems are the same everywhere.
